According to the results of this survey, as shown in the chart above, Twitter is the SNS that has increased the number of opportunities to use it. Over 45% of consumers, about half, said Twitter. LINE was the next most popular at around 30%, followed by Instagram and Facebook.

How do consumers feel about corporate activities on SNS after the spread of the new coronavirus infection?
According to the survey results, more than 90% of the respondents had a positive opinion, and 40% said they had no discomfort. In fact, about 30% of consumers answered that they should continue to engage in economic activities. Approximately 20% of consumers believe that there is no need to change their current activity policy due to the coronavirus pandemic.
