At ProFuture, “HR Summit 2020/HR Technology Summit 2020 [ONLINE]”

It was held from September 8, 2020 (Tuesday) to October 9, 2020 (Friday).

Although this was our first attempt to hold seminars and exhibitions online, we had celebrities and experts from various fields speak on stage, including those who participated remotely from overseas and local areas.

This time, we will introduce the theme of “HR Summit 2021 ONLINE” and the differences from “HR Summit 2020 ONLINE” and the benefits of sponsoring this event for HR support service companies.

What is HR Summit?

The HR Summit is one of the largest human resources forums in Japan, attended by human resources managers, managers, and executives from small and medium-sized companies to major companies, and is a flagship event sponsored by ProFuture.

Each time, we hold lectures and sessions by a variety of guests, including executives from large companies, human resources executives, and university professors.

In addition, we will support the branding and lead acquisition of our sponsoring HR support service companies throughout the year through the synergy between the “HR Summit” and the HR portal site “HR Pro” operated by our company.

“HR Summit 2020 ONLINE” also featured Motohiro Morishima, a member of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s Labor Policy Council and a professor at the Faculty of Economics, Gakushuin University, who specializes in human resource management theory, organizational behavior, and labor-management relations theory.

We held panel discussions with experts and prominent figures in the HR field, “live lectures” given by special guests, and “recorded lectures” given by various experts.

In 2020, the spread of the new coronavirus and the major shift to the With Corona/New Normal era had an unprecedented impact on corporate activities not only in Japan but around the world.

In fact, it is said that the economy will not return to its previous level until 2022.

In particular, in corporate human resources, we have been forced to review and rapidly restructure traditional practices in all areas of business, from recruitment to organizational structure, management, personnel and evaluation systems, and the way each employee works.

However, even in this crisis, it has brought a certain hope to Japanese companies, which have until now lagged behind the rest of the world in terms of the rapid progress of DX (digital transformation).

In addition, with the emergence of resilient companies that have come together and achieved significant growth through the corona disaster, it can be said that we are beginning to see the light to overcome this crisis.

Furthermore, following DX, the human resources department will also be required to engage in transformation in line with the business environment, or HRX (HR transformation).

“HRX” not only reviews the organization, roles, and functions of human resources and improves efficiency by introducing HR technology, but also comprehensively captures digital, mind, and body, and handles all kinds of events without setting up walls and crossing borders.
